  • Unbinding the Sister Wound

This 90 minute experience invites you into a sacred space to unravel the inherited fears, comparisons, and unspoken tension we carry in relation to other women. The Sister Wound often lives quietly beneath the surface, it can show up as mistrust, shrinking, or a fear of being hurt by other women, keeping you from truly opening up and being witnessed by your sisters.

Through a blend of gentle teaching, reflective journaling, group connection, and a guided hypnosis journey, we’ll begin to release these old patterns and open to a new possibility: one where your power and vulnerability doesn’t isolate you, it connects you more deeply.

  • The Dual Path / Shadow ✕ Light

This is a unified ceremonial journey designed to guide women through both inward reflection and outward activation, honoring the fullness of their inner landscape. Supported by a gentle microdosing experience, this ceremony invites participants to move through the complementary currents of Shadow and Light as expressions of personal sovereignty, truth, and embodied medicine.

The first half of the ceremony opens The Path of Shadow, a contemplative descent into the inner temple. Through guided meditation, intentional stillness, and reflective inquiry, participants are supported in meeting their inner world with compassion, processing emotions, and cultivating insight within a held and nurturing Red Tent container.

The journey then transitions into The Path of Light, an activation and remembrance of inner radiance. Through song, prayer, and dyad-style storytelling, participants are invited into expression, connection, and celebration. The ceremony closes in an integrated sharing circle, anchoring both pathways into communal connection and embodied wisdom.

*All ceremony songs shared are open and have been passed with permission to be shared.*
