  • Your ticket includes:

    • Tent camping on the land (bring your own camping gear)

    • Full access to 60+ facilitations and performances on our main stages from Thursday through Sunday

  • The following are offered as optional add-ons or separate purchases:

    • Creative Workshops

    • Healers Sanctuary 1:1 Sessions

    Parking passes, Early Arrival, RV passes, and sauna passes can be purchased through the Ticket Portal at checkout, or added anytime up until June 3rd.

  • Early Arrival:
    Thursday, June 4th | 1:00โ€“7:00pm
    An Early Arrival pass ($40) is required. A limited number of offerings will begin Thursday evening around 6:00pm.

    Standard Arrival:
    Friday morning between 7:00โ€“9:30am.
    Our Opening Ceremony begins at 10:30am, and it is very important to us that everyone is present.

    The festival concludes on Sunday at 5:00pm.

  • The full schedule will be released on February 4th

  • Yes. If you plan to leave and return, our volunteer team will direct you to a designated parking area that allows for easy access in and out.

  • Tent camping is included with your ticket. The camping area is spacious, forested, and nestled among cedar and pine groves near the river.

    • RV passes are available for $70 via the Ticket Portal.

  • Food will be available for purchase from two of our beloved chefs, Doris and Marina, who offer nourishing, high-quality meals at accessible prices.

    You are also welcome to bring your own snacks and food.

  • We are not offering day passes.
    Due to the nature of the gathering and the depth of the work we do together, we ask participants to commit to the full weekend experience.

  • Most of our gathering spaces are indoors or covered. We will continue in all weather, rain or shine, and embrace the elements as part of the experience.

  • There will be a mix of port-a-potties and indoor bathrooms.
    Showers are limited and shared among the community, so we encourage short, infrequent showers to honour collective access.

  • Yes. We will have communal charging stations available for phones and small devices.

  • Alcohol is not permitted on the festival grounds.

    We trust participants to be in integrity and self-responsibility regarding their bodies and choices. This gathering is not centered around recreational substance use, and we ask that all participants remain clear, present, and respectful of the collective field.

  • We recommend bringing:

    • Tent & sleeping gear

    • Weather-appropriate clothing

    • Comfortable walking shoes

    • Yoga mat

    • Journal & pen

    • Snacks

    • A backpack, basket, or bag for carrying belongings

    • A garbage bag (this is a leave-no-trace event)

    • Cash for vendors and food

  • To honour the intention of the gathering as a women-centered space, we welcome girls aged 4 and older.

    Parents and guardians are asked to use discernment. Throughout the weekend, there will be offerings that explore emotional depth, grief, sensuality, nudity, and mature themes.

    • Children remain under the full care and responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times.

    • A waiver acknowledging this responsibility will be required at check-in.

    This year, we will not be offering a dedicated youth program. However, some offerings will be naturally accessible to younger participants, and we are committed to thoughtfully nurturing our intergenerational pathways in future years.

  • All ticket purchases are non-refundable.

    If you are unable to attend, you may privately transfer your ticket by emailing us the new ticket holderโ€™s name and email address up to two weeks before the festival.

  • The festival takes place in Durham, Ontario (West Grey County).
    Please note: this is not Durham Region north of Toronto.

    The exact address and arrival instructions will be shared closer to the event.

  • In the spirit of reciprocity and sustainability:

    • We pay our facilitators for their time, skill, and energy

    • Ticket revenue also supports venue rental, infrastructure, amenities, sound, travel and accommodation for team members, and on-site support crews

    In addition, 5% of all ticket sales are donated to an Indigenous organization or initiative. The recipient will be thoughtfully selected and announced prior to the festival.
