Hands-On Womb Care- (90min) $200

Restore warmth, vitality, and alignment to your womb and digestive tract in this ceremonial womb care experience rooted in Sobadas, a Mayan and Central American form of belly and womb massage known to support cycle regulation, ease PCOS and PMS symptoms, enhance fertility and bring hormonal harmony across all stages of womanhood (maiden, mother, maga, crone). 

Each care session includes, Mayan belly and womb massage with warm oil, gentle womb repositioning (when needed), Osteopathic Pelvic Palpation and Craniosacral techniques for pelvic alignment as well as energetic cleansing and harmonization using sound and smoke. 

Closing of the Bones- (90min) $200

Closing of the Bones is a multi-lineage integration ceremony practiced across all cultures that gently rocks and wraps the body head to toe with woven scarves (rebozo) to move bones, muscles and fascia into alignment while providing a symbolic and somatic rebirth, closing out the portal of the old while welcoming in the new. 

This ceremony is ideal for women who’ve moved through deeply initiatory life experiences such as menarche, birth, pregnancy loss, menopause, the death of a loved one, or significant trauma to facilitate the opportunity to grieve, let go, honour yourself, and return to your body after being blasted open energetically and physically in such a big way.

Each session includes space to share your womb story and be held, heard and seen, rebozo wrapping, as well as energetic cleansing and harmonization through sound, smoke and flower water essence. 

Whole Womb Care— (120min) $288

This ceremonial offering combines Hands-on Womb Care and Closing of the Bones into one whole and complete session. For women ready to go deeper and experience a truly embodied connection to their womb while clearing out and closing up cycles they’re ready to end—the benefits of which will be felt throughout their bloodline for generations to come.
