This is an invitation to a shamanic sound and breath journey, where the recipient's body begins to softly surrender to the heartbeat of Mother Earth. With the support of shamanic tools and instruments, Kayla guides the energy flow throughout the body, promoting self-healing abilities. As stewards of the land, she reminds us to honor our divine duty to rejuvenate both ourselves and the planet. Sara is an old soul who has always believed that the human body is an intelligent, conscious and evolving entity. Once our body has been provided with the right nourishment, we can truly begin to flourish and improve our quality of life. With this in mind, Sara has pursued a career in science, and believes that health is a multifaceted phenomenon. She holds a masters in Neuroscience and Rehabilitation from U of T; and over the past decade, she has completed many trainings to learn more about the human body, mind and soul. Sara is a somatic healer, yoga teacher, and movement instructor and through the path of yoga, she discovered one of her true loves, which is Thai Massage. After traveling to SouthEast Asia, Costa Rica and Canada, she has completed multiple courses in Thai Massage at Navina. Her style of Thai Massage is a combination of Western science and Eastern Philosophy weaved into the healing art of Thai Massage.

A hair ceremony is an elevated haircare experience that can assist in unleashing your inner radiance and align your energy with your hair. Each appointment is unique, and every client will be a part of their own special ceremony. Hair acts as a spiritual antenna and requires deep reverence during your time in the chair.
While at the festival you can take part in a more spiritual hair service than you have potentially ever been offered before. Beginning by clearing your energetic field, using incense, crystals or sound, the session starts with the process of transmuting any stagnant, non-serving energy. This clearing process is believed to create a more receptive space for an enhanced connection to self.
Infusing your service with a powerful intention to help create a sacred space to facilitate a transformative experience in the chair. This could mark important life transitions, release emotional blockages, or intention setting for personal growth.
A Chakra Card pull helps indicate what chakra is focused on during your time together, incorporating crystals, sound and oil. Dropping into intentional breath, visualization, scalp massage, and when inspired, Reiki can be called upon.
The hair cut itself can be a slight trim or a brand-new style. There is so much room to play and align the cut with what YOU are looking for and how YOU are feeling.
Once the cutting ritual is finished, you will have the option to gather your hair and give it back to the earth, or take it home with you, completing your Hair Ceremony in the chair.
