Chef doris

Global Holistic Chef Doris Fin is a well travelled Chef with more than 15 years experience educating and serving up unforgettable flavour through her interactive culinary classes, 5 course dinners as well cooking and wellness retreats. An entrepreneur and leader in Holistic food offerings, Chef Doris is the Founder and creator of Fin Cakes and Fincicles, “Better Than Ice Cream Bars and Cakes”, which will obviously be available at the festival!
Chef Doris will be offering a variety of organic wholesome nourishment, her famous Fincicles, and epic chocolate elixirs all weekend long!

CULTURE SHOCK KOMBUCHA

The women of Culture Shock will be keeping us cool with some of their specialty flavours of kombucha throughout the weekend!

NANCY Ceneviva

Nancy is a soulful creatrix who plays in the realms of creative expression and culinary alchemy. As an artist, photographer and retreat chef who also runs her own meal prep service, Nancy's heart is attuned to the rhythms of beauty, creativity and sensuality—and she brings these rhythms to all her offerings. Nancy has an unwavering passion for making great food and sharing it! She grew up with parents who both loved to cook, especially her Dad whose Southern Italian roots shone brightly in the kitchen. Today, along with the Italian influence, some of her favourite flavour themes include Asian, Indian and Mexican. Nancy is also a much-loved women's circle facilitator who offers the Yoni Song Gathering as well as the Body Buffet edible altar workshop for both men and women.
Nancy lovingly crafts flavour-filled, high-vibe salads, soups, treats and more using only the freshest ingredients. Her intention is to create dishes that engage and nourish all aspects of our Being.

A food lover at heart & dedicated to healing, Heather creates dishes that focus on the beautiful, whole plant foods given to us by Mother. A firm believer that delicious & nutritious can coexist, she provides comforting, exciting vegan dishes that can pull at the memories of your childhood while satisfying the inner health nut.
Heather will be serving nourishing vegan, gluten free meals, snacks and desserts.
